NCC Livable Housing Design Standard
The new 2022 NCC Livable Housing Design Standard by the ABCB applies to all new Class 1a and Class 2 buildings from 1 October 2023 for most states.
The ABCB has also released 2 additional publications to support practitioners’ understanding of the new livable housing design provisions in the NCC.
