Swapna is an Affiliate Access Consultant with a Bachelor of Architecture, combining her architectural background with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Since joining Vista Access Architects in 2023, Swapna has contributed to a range of childcare and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) projects. Based in India, she provides project coordination and administrative support for SDA and Performance Solution projects, helping ensure efficient project delivery.
Swapna is Vista Access Architects' primary point of contact for stakeholder engagement, coordinating Performance-Based Design Brief (PBDB) feedback between clients, consultants, and approval authorities. Her organisational skills and collaborative approach help facilitate successful accessibility outcomes across complex projects.
