Astina Group's EDEN (part of the East Side Quarter/ESQ precinct in Penrith) won the Excellence in Apartments (Mid-Rise) category at the 2026 UDIA NSW Awards
The 142-apartment development was praised by the judging panel for its cascading planter box balustrades and a 1,000-square-meter underground wellness precinct featuring a 25-meter magnesium pool, spas, and saunas. This marks the second consecutive year that the company has taken home this apartment accolade, following the 2025 win for their Solis development.
